Williams Outfitters has worked hard to provide a package for every need.  If our list of products and services does not meet your needs, please feel free to contact us to customize your day. Our services are available to accommodate the seasoned pro and the first timer. Mike Williams knows the importance of getting youth involved in our sport so clients are encouraged to introduce kids to fishing. Our packages make a great gift for anniversaries, birthdays, Father’s Day and more. It is a great way to bond with sons and daughters of any age. Arrange for us pick you up at your dock or your door.  We look forward to sharing an exciting day of fishing with you.

DEPOSITS

Williams Outfitters will do its best to accommodate people on short notice but deposits are required to confirm reservation on all full day and half day guided trips. You may book a tentative date that must be confirmed one week in advance. Deposits will be refunded due to extreme weather conditions, emergency situations or if given 1 week notice only - NO EXCEPTIONS. 

We require $50.00 Canadian per booking as a deposit.
Please make deposits out to:  Williams Outfitters or Michael Williams.  We accept, cash, cheques and  money orders as payment.

FULL DAY ADVENTURE

Your full day guided fishing experience includes:

• 8 hours of guided fishing on a fully loaded bass boat
• Interpretive discussions about the local history and First Nation culture
• Access to top quality fishing rods, reels, tackle
• All required safety equipment including PFD’s and instruction
• A guided tour of the lake of your choice
• Assistance / Tutoring of fishing techniques and opportunities
• Digital photo of you with your trophies

A full day Does Not Include truck gas which will be determined by price and distance travelled.  Departure times are flexible.

Package Price:   $300.00 (one person)
                                $50.00 for additional persons (max 3 adults)
                                We can accommodate groups larger than three,
                                call for more info.

HALF DAY ADVENTURE

Your half day guided fishing experience includes:

• 4 hours of guided fishing on a fully loaded bass boat
• Interpretive discussions about the local history and First Nation culture
• Access to top quality fishing rods, reels, tackle
• All required safety equipment including PFD’s and instruction
• A guided tour of the lake of your choice
• Assistance / Tutoring of fishing techniques and opportunities
• Digital photo of you with your trophies

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

Williams Outfitters will supply you with almost everything that is needed to enjoy a day of fishing on the water but there are a few items that you must bring such as:

• A valid Ontario Fishing License, or call me for area license dealers
• A small lunch for day trips and lots of water and fluids
• A hat for sun protection
• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Camera
• Positive attitude. We are here for a good time not a long time
• Suitable clothing for different types of weather that we may encounter on the lake

Custom Trips
Includes group outings (more than three), multiple day trips and special occasions.  Custom trips will be custom priced.

OTHER SERVICES

Shore Lunches

Pan-fried pickerel cooked over an open fire with potatoes, beans, fry bread and beverages. A shore lunch is a delicious way to break up a day on the water.

Camping
Includes a nights rest in a cabin on Fox Island, Curve Lake First Nation. Dinner and breakfast will be prepared by your guide. There are no amenities at the camp however there is a small generator, wood stove and regular camp supplies such as lights pots and pans etc.  This is a nice way to get a total outdoor fishing experience.

DVD
A video recording of your fishing adventure for a lifetime of memories.

Boat Rental
Rent a 14 ft. Lowe fishing boat powered by a reliable 9.9 hp. Johnson outboard.  Boat will accommodate fishing for three people comfortably. You must have a valid boater’s card and knowledge of the Tri Lakes. Rental Includes gas, safety kit, paddles, anchor and life jackets.

• $65.00 per 8 hour full day
• $40.00 per 4 hour half day

Lake Orientation
Includes a 2 hour tour of any of the Kawartha Lakes, to provide client with a safe overview on navigating the lakes. Also give a brief overview and history of the lake and its characteristics.This service is perfect for visiting tourists and first time boat owners. A shorter 30 minute refresher is offered to first time renters.

• $75.00 does not include travel costs.

OUR EQUIPMENT

Williams Outfitters is fully equipped to provide a safe and fun adventure for you.  Although our ancestors guided using a paddle, our contemporary approach will have you on an 18.5 foot Skeeter Bass Boat powered by a 150 hp Mercury Optimax Motor.  With top speeds of over 60 m/h, you will be able to experience many hot spots during a tour. 

For mobility in the shallows, we have a Minn Kota 65 lb. thrust trolling motor as well as paddles for those secret and hard to reach places.  At your request, we will provide tournament quality rods, reels and tackle.  Our vessel is fully equipped with safety equipment and you will be provided safety instructions prior to leaving our private dock.

To ensure we have safe catch and release, we use only the best rubber coated nets and cradles. To ensure that your day is always remembered (and not just another fish story), we have digital cameras on board to record the trip, scenery and catch free of charge.  Williams Outfitters also has a Digital Video Recorder to capture your fishing adventure for a lifetime of memories.
